IHBT Report:
Kangra tea has received strong support from the Institute of Himalayan Bioresource Technology (IHBT) at Palampur, a unit of the Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR) of the Government of India. In their findings, it has been found that Kangra Tea is Very Good for health and its totally different blend and unique flavor as compared to Darjeeling or Assam Tea.
